“I am wholeheartedly impressed with Rebecca’s loving care and attention of dogs.  She looked after my dog Omar for 4 days and nights in April and even with his stomach issues, I could tell she went out of her way to help him feel loved and settled.  I would not hesitate to recommend her dog boarding and dog walking services to anyone, I am sure she would give any dog the same level of individual care.  She is also a warm and friendly person with people!  She is easy to talk to and a pleasure to have met and got to know a little bit.  Thank you Rebecca, we don’t live locally but if we did we would be regularly requesting your services.”

“Rebecca and her team have been absolutely wonderful the last two months in walking our two ‘enthusiastic’ terriers daily following my husband’s heart op. We honestly do not know what we would have done without their help and support. Their reliable, caring and helpful approach and attitude to us and our dogs’ needs has been much appreciated. Going forward we will continue to use their services which we can highly recommend.”

“We have used Wild About Pet care a couple of times to look after our dog Lottie while on holiday. They treat her as if she was their own and we won’t hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended.”

“Rebecca walks my eight year old, mixed breed, medium sized, rescued dog twice a week. I work full time, so on weekdays he does not receive the time to exercise that he desperately needs. For me choosing the right dog walker was as important as choosing the right school for my children. I wanted someone who is reliable and above all kind to my beautiful boy. Busta adores Rebecca. Busta becomes instantly timid around anyone who is unkind to him, when Rebecca arrives he is thrilled to see her.

Knowing Busta is happy and well taken care of gives me peace of mind.

I would recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for support with their own doggie care, if, like me; their dog’s welfare is of paramount importance.

“Rebecca was absolutely wonderful with our two labs – one who is very young and quite a handful had just got her first season and so I thought that would ruin our weekend plans but Rebecca still took her and looked after her plus walked her separately as she couldn’t be off the lead. A really amazing service and both dogs are booked in for their second stay in a couple of weeks – can’t recommend her highly enough.

“We were very pleased with the care provided by Wild About Pet Care for our two cats while we were away on our recent holiday. The cats seemed very happy and relaxed when we returned home, and had obviously been well looked after.”

“Wild About Pet Care take care of my dog Nico, he’s a small border cross Pug and he doesn’t like to be left alone.

We have in the past had people take care of him but he really has been sad when he’s not in the family home.

I met Rebecca through a friend so thought we would try Nico out at her home, he absolutely loved it there and she was so kind to send updates and pictures to reassure me he was happy.

Since then he has stayed over 4 times and I have booked Nico in over Christmas while we are abroad.

It is like a home from home there and I would highly recommend them.”

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for looking after Monty during our house move. I have already recommended your services and will continue to do so with other friends who have pets.”

“It was lovely to bump into both you and Gideon on Crickley Hill, the way Holly greeted you with such gusto, reaffirms she had a great 9 days with you.

Thank you for clearing a drawer in your freezer to accommodate her raw food, especially as you are a vegetarian, I do appreciate you meeting my requirements without question and I was re-assured that you took on board all my wishes regarding her welfare whilst in your care. It is obvious to me that you are very knowledgable and caring regarding animal welfare. With Holly’s chronic arthritis I believe it is important to keep to this style of feeding and giving her regular medication.

The lump that you noticed and I had not, has been inspected by the Vet and will be monitored, thank you! We will be in touch very soon.”

“Dear Rebecca, Just to say we have been over the moon with the wonderful care you have given to our dog Sable while we have been away a few times over the summer. Our neighbours have seen you out & about with her on lots of walks & she is always very excited to stay with you. Many thanks for your great service, care and last minute flexibility when we have decided to go away at the last minute. We have recommended you to all our friends with pets! Many thanks”

“Rebecca volunteered with LASSIE for 3 months during 2011/12 and was a huge asset to the team.

Rebecca’s role was mostly dog care (walking/feeding/bathing and playtime!!). Rebecca also assisted in the cat sanctuary with feeding, cleaning and playing. People’s time is important to all the animals not just because of how much they enjoy the attention and play but because it helps keep them ‘socialise’ helping to guarantee that any adoptions are successful (as previously many of the animals would have lived feral).

During Rebecca’s time with us she also covered the volunteer co-ordinator role (to cover annual leave) responsible for ensuring the standard of care for the cats and dogs.

Rebecca demonstrated real thought and attention to every dogs individual needs, of which there were 46 dogs!! She clearly enjoyed this and I know the dogs benefited greatly from this time too.

Often dealing with new dogs Rebecca took care to get to know the dogs in their own time and made real efforts to put them at ease. Rebecca always kept the dogs safe by following procedures and using common sense. She certainly gained excellent experience of introducing new dogs to one another as this was a daily activity!

I would not hesitate for a moment to place dogs, cats or any other small animal in Rebecca’s care as her attention to them is excellent. I wish her well in this new enterprise.”

“I could not think of another person I would trust so completely with my pets.”

“Rebecca replied to an urgent request for support with a LINC patient’s dog whilst the patient was undergoing intense treatment in hospital. Not only did Rebecca diligently exercise the dogs, but she took it upon herself to find other volunteers and create a rota which meant that the dogs had regular walks (twice a day) and checks. This meant that they did not have to be fostered during what was already a very difficult time for the patient. Rebecca vetted any new helpers and organised that they received spare keys and clear instructions. I found Rebecca very efficient to communicate with and she went beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything went smoothly. I would trust her with any project and can recommend her loyalty and enthusiasm.”

“I have an 8 year old cat with a heart condition so leaving her is difficult. It was a real comfort to know that Rebecca was there to look after her while we were away and that the cat could be looked after in her own environment so she was much happier too. I would recommend Rebecca to any pet owner because she is kind, caring and very competent.”
